Funny Pictures!!

Hello wonderful people of blogville,

Guess everyone had a good weekend. Mine was good and blessed as always. My God is faithful all the time. 

A friend of mine sent the following funny pictures to my mail and I could not stop laughing. So, I said to myself, why not share with my readers so they could also have something to laugh about? Remember, sharing is caring right? These are exclusive pictures taken from different locations in Ghana. Hope your rips won't crack. lol 

picture number one as seen above is a food joint. Here in Ghana, we call it "check check", and I am not quite sure why it is called like that though. You can visit them one of these days. Perhaps they will help you cross over with their Jollof rice and Checken. and check out the spelling they have given to sandwich. lol

Cant stop laughing... Meat and fish piles!!! And if you are wondering what the "Do Not" stands for, it is doughnut. lol

 

Hmm... This one... Jim for Gym? Could that be the name of the instructor?lol. Check out the way they spelt massaging, hei, God! School good o! In fact eh, if your mamma and papa no send you go school, they don deprive you big time. And they send you, you no gree go, hmm... Na you do yourself be that.

 

These are all I have for now. I will definitely post more when my internet stops misbehaving. Before I sign off, I would like to use this medium to tell a very good friend of mine that it is well no matter what. God has seen your pain and your tears, it is well okay? You've got someone who cares about you.

Heart Breaks.

I believe we all have gone through a form of heart break at some point in our life. But, what matters is whether or not we are able to deal with the pain and how we come out stronger than being broken by the heart break. 

I am inspired to write this post because a friend of mine is going through a terrible heart break and I think he is suffering so much. I know this because he told me that late at night when all the world is sleeping, he stays awake and thinks of "her" all through the night. Hmm... this thing called l-o-v-e.

There is just this thin line between love and hate based on his deeds and actions; and from the way he is carrying on. I think he has crossed over from the love he once had for his woman to bitterness and hatred. 

One thing I know is that, when someone does not love you anymore, let the heavens fall down, sell your soul to the devil, jump off the bridge, kill your mother, attempt to be run over by a huge truck... It can’t, won’t, shan’t, never change a thing. They will still not love you. But if that love is surely yours, it will definitely come back to you on the long run. Remember the song  "what ever will be will be"?

I know its not easy to lose a loved one especially when you are so crazy in love with them but the truth is that, no matter how much it hurts, you gotta let it go and move on because it doesn't mean it's the end of the world. If that separation does not kill you, then expect it to make you stronger.

Love is a crazy thing, I know, but my take is, so far as there is life, there is hope and people will never stop falling in and out of love. So if you find yourself heartbroken, don't give up on life, don't attempt suicide, don't be bitter or hate the person, just release that person from your heart and forgive them for hurting you. Do this and see how God will heal you, restore you and help you bounce back, stronger and better than before. 

Here is wishing my dear friend all the strength he needs at this time and pray he finds all the happiness he ever hoped for; plus all the excitement he needs in his next love life. Above all, I hope he gets to read this piece.

Random Musings.

Hello blogfam,

I had a roller coaster sort of a weekend, this is because things kept going round in circles and just when you think things are going to settle, they bounce back and become all confusing again. 

But through it all, I managed to go through the weekend and here I am in the office all strong and doing my best to have a good and a blessed week.

I was at church yesterday, I really enjoyed the service to the max and the preaching was superb. Let me share a little of it with you. The reading was from the book of Zackariah (can't remember the chapter or the verse cause am not with my notebook but remember the words.lol) which says "rejoice oh daughter of Zion, for your king has come to you"; meaning all the struggles and pains we might be going through presently are over, because our king has come to us and told the devil that enough is enough!!! Because He is ready to deliver us.

 

Its just the beginning of the week so I dont really have much to say but hope you take something out of the food for thought below.

Three things that are most valuable in life (You cannot do without them):

• Love 
• Faith
• prayer

Three things that make you (they define your being):

• Hard work
• Sincerity
• Commitment  

Three things that destroy you (Totally):

• Lust
• Pride
• Anger

Three things in life that are constant (Always:

• Change 
• Death
• God

It's going to be a bright week people. Let's step out in boldness, because we are famous in heaven and our burdens have been traded  for the joy of the Lord. I pray that none of us meets "Demons" this week but Angels who will bring us good tidings right from our God.
