This June is going to be packed with funerals. I told you guys about my cousin who died yeah? Okay... so June 11th has been fixed for the funeral. Hmm... I can't begin to think of it. It's so sad cause he was only 33years and had a lot of potentials. DD, as we affectionately called him, loved the Lord. So for this reason although he may be dead, he has gone to find rest in the bosom of the Lord.
DD, we will miss you bad. RIP |
This is really sad... For those of you who might want to come and sympathize with us, I mean the bereaved family, the funeral is at the number one park... old road, Madina, Accra.

may these departed souls rest in perfect peace
ReplyDeleteMay their souls rest in the bossom of Abraham. If you refer to my blog post on 'Night is Coming', you will console yourself with the fact that we are only pilgrims on this earth. Just like the Muslim pilgrims go to Mecca, because Mecca is not their homeland, they have to go back to wherever they are coming from. This world is not our home, so we have to go where we truly belong. The sad thing however is that, some leave too early. I can assure you that 'a quality life is one spent impacting on other lives and not the duration. Compare Jesus who lived only 30 years but will be remembered forever and the oldest man in the guinness book of world records who is only remembered in the book. Read Hebrews 11:13 and console yourself.
